AITA for "bullying" my younger cousins with their chant of "we're not a family"?

So my family went out to eat at this japanese restaurant that also has a stage where they have drummers show off their skills.

I'm asian (chinese) so when I walked past the stage they asked where I was from and I said Massachusetts and they were like "oh really? So you're American?" I'm like yeah.

Later on, we're preparing to leave when my cousins start chanting "we're not a family chant" (one of those viral tiktok things). The drummers hear this and come over preparing some sort of confrontation thinking that "we're not a family" means we aren't related.

They're getting really mad at us and my cousins are still chanting and I'm like you idiots, they think you're being racist lol. My aunt comes over and explains the tiktok trend and the drummers are still looking at me weird so I'm like "hey this has nothing to do with me."

My aunt is pissed at me and my cousins are pissed at me for ruining their fun. I thought the drummers were being reasonable. I mean chant "we're not a family" in a crowded restaurant? Alright. Don't be shocked when AAPI drummers come over lol. AITA? (18M, 19F cousins if that helps)
