The front page is unrecognizable and filled with misinformation and right-wing posts

When I logged on and saw that half the front page was pro-McConnell and Trump and that there were posts about the supposed “canceling” of Dr. Suess it was obvious that the sub had been overrun.

Previously it was just the occasional post that clearly came from a right-wing viewpoint but in the last few months the sub has been completely invaded. Remember when politics used to have a 40% liberal, 20% conservative, 40% independent breakdown? This sub used to be a place for people across different viewpoints to discuss U.S. politics and learn from each other.

Now this place is just as overrun with bullshit as the rest of reddit. I hope the mods can do something about it.

Edit: I want to clarify I am not suggesting that conservative viewpoints be censored or banned. I have no problem with a conservative viewpoint when it’s presented in a respectful manner, I have a problem with posts that are obviously made in bad faith to propagate a narrative or misinformation.
