My gf is concerned that she is insecure?

I try my best to be a considerate boyfriend, I only compliment her in public and treat her to nice things. She says she's insecure, I reassure her that everyone has these insecurities and that I love her for all of her. I make sure she only sees my public, not my private thoughts.

The thing is, she's starting to think that she's insecure for having insecure thoughts. I reassure her that she's doing the best she can and that I love her for what she is.

The problem is, as much as I want to help her, I don't think she's the most attractive, intelligent, or creative person in the world. I like to think of myself as a chad, who's above average in many ways, and I don't want to be a mean boyfriend, I want to treat her right, but I want her to at least meet me halfway. I'm thinking that she should be insecure if she can't see herself as attractive and creative.

I get the idea of self confidence and the way it can make someone attractive, I just feel my gf is letting herself down and not meeting her full potential. What should I do? I'm willing to be the bad guy in this, as long as it will work out in the end.
