I remember getting laughed at for believing that men and women are head over heels different

back in school, i was friendly with a girl and was hanging out with her one day when she was in her most comfortable state (i.e. no makeup, etc, looks and personality-wise). i said something about how "men and women are just wired differently, which i guess is why when it comes to the dating/dating pool, a man is a man and a woman is a woman. the differences between men are big, but the difference between men and women is 5x bigger." she laughed at it and was like "wow you really think men and women are THAT much different? lol" and i was like "yeah, absolutely. this is just a fact."<br><br>i think back on that and how right i was when it came to understanding what the hell is going on in this world. i'm the kind of person that sees a lot of things clearly. i remember before even my teenage years, i see a lot of people and i'm like "wow, he's not very intelligent...", "wow, she's really ugly..." i had some real glimpses of clarity, you know what i mean? i think this is part of why the pill was able to hit me so clearly. i'm not afraid of what other people think or headcanon or anything like that. i'm very much a realist and i rely on evidence and observation to guide my beliefs, rather than what i wish for.
