Hey whoever said to steal your textbooks, I did it and I got in a shitload of trouble. <br>My first time ever stealing, and I just sat there with my bag on the conveyor belt and they tazed me. <br>I'm not coming here to shame my own ass or anything so don't shame me. I'm just coming to warn everyone else not to do this. I had a bag full of 8 textbooks, which I thought was a good haul when it was really nothing. I felt like I just got a little too cocky, and I should have probably stopped. <br><br>I got ahold of my friends and they came to pick me up from jail, but I have a court date to see when they will actually prosecute me. <br>Please don't do this, I just got in so much shit over this and I'm probably going to get kicked out of college if not jail time. <br>This was a terrible idea, and please do not do this. <br><br>Happy new year.<br><br>Edit: I just wanna clarify something, because I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments talking about this on a regular basis. I don't shoplift regularly, this is my first time in my life ever stealing something, and I regret it. I'm using this as a cautionary tale. I'm not a regular shoplifter, and I'm not encouraging people to shoplift. I don't know if I would have posted this had it been successful, but I'm posting to warn others about the potential consequences.
