I like to play in my hair when I am stressed

Hi everyone. I am female, and I like to play with my hair when I am stressed. I have never done it in front of anyone before, so I don't know if anyone has noticed. I don't see anything wrong with it, but I don't know if other people do. I have been doing this for as long as I can remember, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon.
