Why do incels and gynocentrism go hand in hand?

I’ve seen many posts from incels who are angry at women for not giving them sex but they will still use feminine language to express themselves, which I find weird as if they want to be masculine then why do they sound feminine? I mean, what’s the point of hating women when you still act like them? Why not just be masculine and be with women, I don’t get it. I think a lot of these incels have internalised misogyny and gynocentrism and that’s why they act like women, even though they claim to despise them.
