Lost my adipose layer due to the end of the last ice age

I started to feel fat and happy during the glacial maximum in 20,000 BCE. I was 25 years old and at the height of puberty in 19,900 BCE after the glacial maximum. As soon as I turned 30, the ice started to melt and I felt myself losing all my fat. It made me sadder, and I was very cold without my insulation. The climate had warmed throughout the Holocene before anyone could burn coal, natural gas or make gasoline. I'm 32 now and feel like a skeleton.
