My wife's phone monitoring app has me worried

I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm in desperate need of some help. Bad stuff may be happening, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about it. My My wife has an app on her phone that lets her see all my My husband's texts and phone calls. I realize this may seem strange to some of you, but it's a choice we made for our marriage after a specific incident. I didn't realize it would cause any issues until recently. I just hacked into her email and found out she's been lying to me about where she goes after work. This could lead to severe consequences, like a divorce, or worse, a fight, if I don't approach the situation carefully. I'm unsure whether to confront her or just monitor her activities more closely. Obviously you can't decide this for me, but I'm genuinely in need of guidance and advice on how to handle the situation appropriately.
