I just finished the most intense back pain inducing psilocybin trip I have ever been on, what can I do to make the horrible pain go away.

Hello, I am more or less a regular psilocybin user, I have never had this happen before, I am currently laying on my bed in the most intense pain I have ever felt, it can only be described as the same pain you get in your joints when you are getting sick, except this is all over my body, I am sweating, and can't move from the pain. I do have some Kratom, but I am curious to see if anyone has any insight on this. I've never had this happen on any other drugs, dmt trips never give me pain, I have been to the er from LSD trips, and have never got pain like this. I am in agony, and can't even move. All advice is greatly appreciated. I am currently on .5 grams of kratom, and I took 3.5 grams of dried shrooms. I did take 500 mg of thc as well, but I really don't think it would make that big of a difference. Honestly, I am just hoping this goes away, I am worried this could mess with my kidneys. I will update in 30 mins - 1 hr. Some people are saying this could be the stomach pain from vomiting, I am also on zoloft, so I am generally unable to vomit. I really think this has to be the kidneys, and I am worried. Any help at all would be great.
