What if we're all stupid from the perspective of highly intelligent AI?

\------------

Edit: Thank you all! Great comments. Here's more on my thoughts: I realize the first question is a moot point because it is a subjective question. IQ scores are all about relative ranking of people, so if we all dropped a standard deviation, then the average would shift down, but the relative ranking would stay the same. So, no one would notice that we are all stupid.

I'm more concerned about the second point. What if AI could make huge breakthroughs, but they were so obvious to highly intelligent AI that "it's just common sense". So, the breakthroughs are so easy that they are also too boring for their advanced intelligence to tackle.
