Escaped over-tourism in Europe

I live in Istanbul. We used to think that our city is very overcrowded, and that Europeans want to visit us because we are cheaper, or that they have different options over there, but this summer, i went to Paris and Amsterdam and i saw that they are way more crowded than Istanbul. As a Turkish person, even though i have visited both places before, i am not a fan of them. I dont know, probably it's just me, but i think that Istanbul has its own magic. I cooked up a recipe of visiting 3CEAB (czech, slovenia, austira, slovakia, hungary, belgium) by car. And all of these places, somehow felt underrated to me, maybe i am wrong. But i think you guys can tell me over this post. Or even you can suggest me more places that are underrated, and feels empty. Thank you!
