I just wanna go on a date with a girl that genuinely likes me. Why is this so hard?

I have never been on a date. I’m 25 and desperately want to go on a date. I tried tinder. I tried bumble. I tried to go out. I don’t know if I have been on a date because I’m awkward or because I’m genuinely hideous. I am not asking for sex. Just a date. Dinner, movie, something. I just want to be able to feel like I’m valued.
