Every day is a HOAX

Every day is a HOAX<br><br>The last few days I've been thinking about why its so hard to trust the media, its so hard to trust the government and why people HOAX. I used to believe that it was because people were evil and wanted to manipulate and cause problems but the more I grew older the more I realized that there is a bigger problem. Today I wanted to take a different approach as to why I believe we have HOAXES more often.<br><br>First let me start by saying that we live in a fast paced society. Everything is revolved around technology. If you are old enough you'll remember cassette tapes, CDs and even DVD players. In just a few short years those things are almost extinct. In order for people to keep up they have to adapt, learn and grow pretty quickly. Now I'm not saying this is a bad thing because I LOVE technology. It has opened up doors for myself and I'm sure for others as well. I believe that this fast paced lifestyle has created a lack of communication. I believe that it has created a sense of loneliness and isolation. It has created a society that is so busy working and paying bills that it doesn't allow time for anything else. It doesn't allow time for people to just talk and build connections with other people. If people can't get a response from someone that they love they will turn to social media and talk to strangers. Sometimes people just want to be heard and feel like someone is watching out for them. <br><br>And then there are people that would rather believe a HOAX than a real story because they believe that something doesn't sound real. They think its something that is HOAXED up so that they can get the HOAXER to change the way they behave. People are more likely to believe a HOAX and to take action because of it than to believe the truth. They would rather take a risk on doing the wrong thing if it HOAXES them into thinking that it might be right.<br><br>The media and the government play a big role in HOAXES. There is so much that is fabrication but people still believe it because that's what they want to believe. I don't know what truth there is to the media and the government. I really don't know if anyone knows. I used to believe that the president, the senate, the congress were the people that were running this country and they really do have a big say in how this country is being run but people really think they run this country? I think there are people behind the scenes pulling strings and telling them what to say. I pretty much believe that this is all something that is HOAXED. I believe that they are all a group of actors. I believe that the news is their stage. I believe that the media is their script and I believe that we are their audience. Sometimes I HOAX myself into thinking that there is someone out there that is watching us all and they are looking out for us all.<br><br>Now I know that's not everyone but I believe that most people HOAX people. I think people want to pretend to be something they are not. I believe people HOAX their way through life. I have done it more times than I can count. I'm not saying this is a good thing but I'm just being honest. I believe people HOAX when they don't want to hurt someone's feelings and they want to be nice but they don't want to be nice so they HOAX.<br><br>So to sum all of this up I believe HOAXES are created by isolation and people that want to be heard and seen. I think people that HOAX people are people that are lonely and just want attention. People are so busy that they don't have time to talk and be around other people. People want to believe in HOAXES because it makes them feel better than believing in the truth. So I'm sorry if you came to this post thinking you were going to get some sort of answer as to why I believe people HOAX because I don't know.
