Is the best way to live life alone?

I just wonder is it best to live a life alone, no partner, no friends, just alone. No one to ever love you, no one to love, no one to cry to, no one to talk to, no one to protect you. Just you, all alone, for the rest of your life. Just wondering, just asking, is it better to live a life alone?
