The problem with MGTOW

MGTOW is not a movement, it is an idea. The idea is that men should be free and that freedom is threatened when we are socialized by the state into a slave mentality. If a man does not want to be a slave then he is better off not getting involved. <br><br>It is not an idea that can be supported by a movement. It cannot be supported by a group because groups are by definition a social collective. When a group is formed a movement has been created. If that movement is successful then what results is a political collective. This is not freedom. <br><br>Freedom is individual. It is when no one is forced to do anything they do not want to do, and no one is prevented from doing anything they want to do. The only way for freedom to exist is if everyone lives according to the principles of the non-aggression principle (NAP). This is not something that can be achieved through a movement or a collective, it is something that is achieved on an individual basis. <br><br>MGTOW cannot be a political collective because it is an idea about how to achieve individual freedom.
