The app that makes you think twice before wasting time on your phone, every time you click on the app for any reason it will not open straight away but will delay the app from opening for 5 seconds. In that 5 seconds you can think of whether it is really necessary to open the app you are about to open and if not you can cancel the app so that it does not open.
