How do I slip tiny notes with things I am grateful for out of my window and into the world?

This is not for raunchy reasons. But I have been bored trying to write in a log. It’s been helpful. But it’s so helpful. It helps me to write down things I’m thankful for in a way that makes me feel so happy. I want to send these out in the world to see if someone finds them and if they made them happy. Is there any way I can do that from the 4th floor of a tall building? We live in an area that is mostly tall concrete buildings, with some parks here and there.<br><br>I don’t know what the best way to do this, but I really want to put them out into the world.<br><br>Edit: I have been trying to throw them off my balcony, but they never go too far. I want them to go all the way across the street.
