I'm a heroin addict, and I recently started using ursodiol to help with bowel issues

I'm a 2 year heroin addict, I've been done with it for a few months, but the bowel issues I'm experiencing are out of control. I had a colonoscopy done, and I was told that I have a lot of scar tissue, adhesions, and strictures in my colon. I can't shit without laxatives, and even that barely works. <br><br>I've been taking ursodiol for a few days now, and it actually helps me shit without laxatives. I can't believe I'm actually shitting like a normal human being again lol. I'm taking 2 pills thrice daily. I feel like I'm going to die every time I shit, it takes me over an hour to have a bowel movement.<br><br>I'm wondering if I should keep taking ursodiol daily? Or if there's another drug that I could take for bowel issues? I'm kinda scared to talk to my doctor about it, I feel like he's gonna judge me, but I don't want to die lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
