I'm so fucking sick of this

I have been desperately wanting to go out for nearly a year now. I haven't seen my family in over a year. I haven't used public transport in over a year. I haven't gone to a fucking cafe in over a year. I'm sick and tired of this. The government uses covid as an excuse to not deal with it. They keep saying that the fines are good, yet they are only making 1 fines a week. Where is the fucking logic? I'm sick and tired of the fucking government not trying to do a fucking thing but making 4 fucking lockdowns yet do nothing to stop it. Why is it so hard? You can't deal with this? Is it really that hard to deal with?
