I'm not a fan of Israel.

As a 4th generation American, Israel's relationship to our country makes me feel like a stranger in my own home. I feel that Israel has thrown the US into Middle Eastern politics and we've been punished for it. My grandfather's great-grandfather came here from Ireland in the late 1800s, and his great grandfather arrived from Germany in the early 1800s. I feel like I have more of a right to live in the US than someone with a "Jewish blood quantum" that immigrates here from France.

If you think it's wrong that the US government doesn't let everyone that wants to come into the country just walk in, than you should also think that it's wrong that Israel lets every Jew from anywhere in the world just walk in and settle with no specific vetting process.

I would be happy to live in an Israel-free world.
