When I’m at work doing my job, I never see a woman doing hers. What’s up with that?

I work in the service industry and every time I’m at work, no matter the hour, every single man is doing his job…. The women though? Sometimes I think the men have to cover for them so much that we should just get paid double. <br><br><br>I’m in a situation at the moment (honest to god thats happening right now) where a woman who is supposed to be at this desk to greet clients in the morning is instead at a desk across from her scrolling through a random ass website, playing with her hair and face, distracting another employee who has just as important of a job to do as well. If a client were to walk in right now, she wouldn’t even notice in time to pretend like shes supposed to be there in the first place. <br><br><br>What gets me is that I’m sure she’s making the same amount of money as the guy shes distracting, so in essence thats fucking over not one but TWO people. <br><br><br>There is literally nothing more aggravating to witness. What is up with this?
