Why do people think the Right is killing off Hispanics (or any other minority for that matter) when it’s the Hispanics killing Hispanics

When crying about mass shootings it’s always “Right wingers and whites are killing Hispanics”. When in reality it’s Hispanics (or any other minority). <br><br>This is a little off topic but sorry, I just wanted to vent.
