AITA for having my daughter dump the milk on the floor to make a point?

My 13 year old daughter has been begging us for a "skin care routine". I think she's too young, but she's been begging for a long time and she had me look at a kit that you can buy for $30. I told her she could buy it with her next allowance, but that's not soon enough.

She has been begging me to buy it since Friday, but I've been telling her that's not happening.

Earlier today she was watching tv upstairs and told me that she was going to dump her milk if I didn't wash it immediately. I'm a little sick right now and I'm also doing some school work for my next class, so I told her that I'm not going to wash it right now and if she dumped it that would be on her. She dumped a full cup of milk on the floor.

I was really annoyed, but I was trying to make a point. So I had her dump the gallon of milk on the floor as well. She was very upset, but I told her that wasting food is not something to be taken lightly.

Then I told her that dropping $30 on the skincare is also a waste, and if she's so willing to throw things that cost money on the floor I don't think she's mature enough to spend money.
