If doctors were able to make healthy people look sick, would it still be wrong to call the sick ‘sick’?

If doctors in the modern day could
make healthy people look sick;
would the sick still be sick?

This is a ‘mind experiment’ I came up with to explore the definition of
the word ‘sick’. If a doctor could make a healthy person look sick, but not
truly be sick, then would the sick be sick?
(Incidentally this is not a ‘thought experiment’ because anyone can ‘experiment with a thought’ it is only called a ‘thought experiment’ if it is a ‘tried and true’ experiment that is commonly run.)
I don’t know the answer, what do you think?

Edit: please vote for
the answer you agree with the most, so that people can see it.
I think that the sick would still be sick if the
healthy could look sick. An analogy to use is that if there is a healthy
person that looks old, it doesn’t change the fact that an old person is
old.
