I feel like this is a space where tech can really help. There are platforms forContractor vs Homeowner, but not Homeowner vs Contractor vsContractor. Essentially, a system where contractors can bid on projects and other contractors can comment “no, do this!” WithThe homeowner can see that and go with the more reliable person. Maybe there’s already an app? It’s hard to know, but I think there’s something there.<br><br>Edit: like a reddit post but more specific. He just wants to make his own deals. But maybe there’s a middle ground?
