I stole thousands of dollars from my job

I'm 22 and I work at a gas station. We've been having a lot of issues with our register state not matching the register's actual amount of cash. For a little less than 2 years, I've been taking $80 each time I work. I've taken thousands of dollars. I don't know how nobody else has caught on to me aside from a manager who confronted me last year about it. I told him that he was making a big mistake, he was talking in circles and it seemed like he was talking to himself while he was talking to me. He's still working, but it seems like I got away with it. I'm now a shift manager too, and I still steal.
