Is it my imagination or do most pro-gun people seem to be on the right?

It seems that most pro-gun people are politically conservative. Is it just me or does it seem this way to others as well too? I'm politically independent and I generally don't care about people's politics (I think politicians are scum and corrupt anyways). I generally don't bring up politics with people I meet because it is so polarizing and divisive- there are more important things in life to me, like my friends and family. Unless someone else brings it up to me, I just kinda steer away from politics. <br><br>- I am no fan of Trump. I believe he is a loud mouthed narcissist pig plain and simple, and after the bumpstock ban it just solidified my opinion that he is an anti-second amendment president that only cares about re-election and no one else. <br><br>- I am no fan of Biden either. I think he is a slimy politician and as much of a narcissist as Trump is. I think he is a complete anti-second amendment president too. I am not a fan of his at all. <br><br>I'm not a fan of either of them to be honest. <br><br>Anyways, I just generally feel that most people in the gun community are politically on the right. Am I correct in thinking that?
