Am I bisexual or lesbian or am I just attracted to a lady

I got to know a lady at work and she is so kind-hearted and caring. We share a similar sense of humor and I just really adore a lot about her. We are both married and I dont think about her in a sexual way but when I imagine her I feel a deep connection to her. I feel like I am really attracted to her and no one else. I feel like I am attracted to her for who she is and not her looks. Im not sure if this is a bisexual or lesbian feeling or if this is a lady crush. I havent experienced these kinds of feelings before and wanted to share my thought process a little bit.
