Who else but me sees these things ?

So i was like 10 years old so it was around the year 2000, i was in the balcony of my appartment, it’s around 8 pm and the sun was setting, i was bored as fuck so i stared at the wall, i see in front of me a man, with a blue shirt and white pants, i can see a exactly what he’s wearing, it’s like a live picture in front of me, then i see more people and i can see a street to my left which is weird because in front of me there’s nothing, usually i was supposed to see trees and buildings, it was like they were all gone and there’s a new street, then a car pass by and knock down the man which make him bleed, it was to real, i never saw anything like it, i can even hear the car sound, then it all gone in a second, so to sum it up in saw a street, a lot of people like it was downtown and exactly one street in front of me and one street to my right, there were a lot of people walking and i even saw a man and a woman walking together while holding hands which was weird because it was a live picture, it was not like a day dream, i don’t know what it is, but i never saw it again, i even forgot about it until now ?
