Anyone hear about the Britney Griner situation?

I heard it from a post on Reddit, but I’ve been trying to verify this using mainstream news, and Britney is in Russia for basketball- she has been sentenced to 9 years in jail for having ONE joint. It’s on the International news feed, but I’m not seeing anything about this in local news. <br><br>Like…. how is this even real? Can you imagine if this were any other sport, and this was a white man? I can’t even imagine them getting reprimanded. But a black woman is getting 9 years for ONE joint??!! <br><br>I don’t know that she identifies as a witch, but Britney is a witchy woman- the hoops are circle magic, the ball represents the sun, the movement and flow represents the cycles of life… and she is being held in hoops on the global stage right now! She deserves us to use our magic to support her, and I suggest we all focus on sending her strength, peace, and freedom. <br><br>I’m curious if anyone else has heard anything…. <br><br>Sent from my iPhone
