We smell

I've started to notice that a lot of people avoid me. I always thought I showered enough, but I had a conversation with a nurse and she told me not to listen to people that say that you can't smell yourself. Apparently she said it's not uncommon for adults to have poor hygiene and not realise it. Snce that conversation I've made sure to always make sure I smell fine. It's crazy how much it's changed my life. People are a lot nicer to me now. I feel like people are more likely to listen to me as well. It's mad how important personal hygiene is.
