Why does my boyfriend feel like I’m cheating on him over nothing???

My boyfriend (M24) is becoming increasingly becoming alarmed over nothing but still feels like I’m cheating on him (F23). He constantly demands that I tell him on the fly what I’m doing and where I am. He’s becoming more controlling. He expects me to be ready to tell him everything about myself on the fly. <br><br>Example: I’m not allowed to have food over at my house that’s not from the same day. If I have leftover food from the day before he gets uneasy and wants me to tell him where I got it and reasons why I kept it. There was a time where he rummaged through my fridge, found leftover food, and was upset about it. He doesn’t like seeing my roommate (F) at the house when I’m over. He just gets super uneasy about it. He kept accusing me of cheating for letting him stay the night after I had just left to go to his place and stay the night. He doesn’t want me to have my phone in my room at night because he thinks I’m texting guys at night and sending nudes. <br><br>He’s still really nice, but he has a hard time trusting me. I feel like I’m always doing something wrong just by doing the bare minimum. I’m done with this. It’s exhausting and I feel like I don’t have a life being in a relationship like this.
