What is happening with the IMF's new SDR?

I'm finding it hard to make sense of what's happening with the new SDR but it looks like a completely new global financial system may be coming. The IMF just made a huge announcement about the largest SDR ever, which will be worth $650 billion. They also said the SDR will now be called the RTS, and it will have its own coin. Information is scarce and it looks like it may still be months before we know more about what's happening.<br><br>What do you think is happening? Do you think this is just a new IMF tool or something much bigger that may be the end of the dollar? It's all very confusing at this point.<br><br>Edit: I just looked up the IMF's page for the SDR/RTS and it appears to be down. This is making things much weirder than it already was.
