I promise you in the long run this will save you from a lot of issues down below. When you wipe from outside in you are just shoving all the "stuff" in the toilet back up towards your sensitive bits. By wiping from hole to out you ensure that you clear all the "stuff" away from your bits and don't have to tolerate irritation and discomfort after doing your business.
