How to stop octopuses from taking over the world?

I've been trying to find an answer in the comments but no one seems to have a valid answer to this question. I know octopuses are smart, but if we can make a place for humans and dogs and cats to coexist, we can do the same for octopuses.<br><br>We can just make octopus sanctuaries if we need to, or even relocate them to another planet. My main issue with all of this is that octopuses are actually really cool and I don't want them to take over the world. I just want to learn more and live in harmony with octopuses.<br><br>I'm not saying we should harm them, but I don't want them to take over the world. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?
