Does anyone on this sub actually know what a high-dose is of benzodiazepines?

I see so many people talking about taking 6mg of xanax and saying thats a high dose.<br><br>1mg of blue football xanax is equal to 10mg of klonopin. 10mg of klonopin is a very standard dose for people who have severe anxiety. <br><br>I’ve personally taken 6mg of klonopin in one sitting and just felt slightly stoned and sleepy. Not blacked out or anything. I weigh 130 pounds female.
