This happened when I was a kid, and it's one of the most bizarre "Let's Not Meet" stories I have in my arsenal.

So this happened during a family vacation, when I was around nine years old, and it's one of the strangest, most fucked up things to ever happen to me. I was in a mall with my family, and we were on the second floor. I was looking over the balcony, (overlooking the first floor) when this older guy, probably in his 40s or 50s, just started talking to me out of the blue. I assumed he was trying to be nice, and he started making friends with me. I told him I was around 9 years old, and he said he had a daughter that was around my age. He said he was going to go to his car, and that he would bring back some candy for myself and his daughter.<br><br>After a few minutes, he came back up, and had a small satchel with him. He opened it up, and he had lots of candy inside. It was lollipops, gumdrops, and even some loose candy like M&M's. I was super excited, and he told me I could grab as much as I wanted. I was a dumb kid and grabbed a handful of the loose candy, and he said "You know, I have an easier way for you to get this stuff, and it would be a lot less messy". He then pulled out a small syringe filled with a brown liquid, and told me he would inject it in the roof of my mouth, and that would I would get even more candy.<br><br>I said no, and as soon as I did, the guy freaked out. He started screaming at me, telling me that I was being stubborn, and just leaving. He walked off, and I didn't see him again after that. I told my family about what had happened, and they immediately went to mall security and reported it. They looked for the guy but he was long gone. We never found out what the brown liquid was, and I hope it was just chocolate.
