The thing that pisses me off about the gender pay gap

Is that if women want to make as much as men, they can do the same jobs as men do and they will get paid the same.<br><br>The reality is, a lot of men do jobs that women won't do,things like working in sewers, working in the combat arms, construction etc. <br><br>Women won't do those jobs.... but they want to get paid the same. That's not how it fucking works.<br><br>A lot of those jobs are also very physically demanding as well, and many require special training. I have seen many combat training videos of women who couldn't even pass the basic requirements for combat arms in the military, and those requirements are extremely low.<br><br>I don't want to come off as sexist, I am just saying men have traditionally had to do dangerous labor jobs for society, which are often low paying, highly physically demanding, and often require special training.
