Doctor says I will never masturbate again

So I have been having penis pain for a couple weeks now that has gotten worse and worse over that time period. So I went and had it checked out. Doctor says its a tumor, but that she could try to pop it out and she did with a lot of pain and now that all that tissue is gone there is nothing blocking the Tumour from growing back, she says it will only be a couple months or so before it grows back and will be painful again. I told her I would go for surgery but she said she will not operate on me. Told me there is nothing I can do but wait for it to grow back and then Told me she will still not operate on me. This is horrible. I dont know what to do, I will never masturbate again.
