To people from countries with a low cost of living, what did you find ridiculously cheap in North America?

I'm from Canada and I currently live in Vietnam and it's a 1:8 ratio in terms of currency. Food and infrastructure is cheap and I've found that I have to adjust my mindset from not finding things "cheap" if it's under $5. If you're from a country with a low cost of living (or even if you're from a big city and it's cheaper in North America), what do you find ridiculously cheap?
