saying "i don't know how you got a mental illness" or "i dont see how someone can ruin their life over a little thing" is really bad advice

i was explaining what blackpill means to someone and they said "i dont see how someone can ruin their life over a little thing". the truth is that the littlest thing can affect our minds a lot, and the blackpill is based on this. for example, if you fail to do something in a small test, you hate yourself. if you ruin a relationship with someone you love, you feel bad. if you dont do something right and it's your fault, you feel bad. and if you realize that you are spiritually and physically inadequate and will be alone for the rest of your life, you hate yourself even more. and you will do bad things to hate yourself more and ruin your life worse. dont ask anyone why they ruin their life for a "small" thing, because it looks big to them.<br><br>when i was talking about the blackpill to a friend, they said "i dont see how someone can ruin their life for a little thing". they dont understand because it's a problem for them. i dont understand how someone can be happy. i dont see how someone can ruin their life for a little thing, but i understand how someone can drastically change their life over a little thing.<br><br>it's like how former drug addicts feel bad about themselves because they were addicts, and that makes them feel worse. they say fuck it and get high again, even though it makes them hate themselves a lot more. they overcompensate and ruin their lives more until they die or understand that they hate themselves. that is what the blackpill is, and it's not going away.<br><br>it's based on the truth and affects us a lot. it makes us feel bad about ourselves and worse. it makes us ruin our lives over a little thing called the truth. and we will do bad things to ruin our lives even more, and we will do it until we die or understand that hate ourselves. it's not up to us. we cant control it. we just have to understand that the blackpill is the truth, and we will ruin our lives for one simple reason; because we hate ourselves a lot.
