I'm a white American man and I have to admit, black women have it tougher than me. I recently was passed over for a promotion and a black woman with slightly less work experience got it instead. I had thought she was a bit self-centered and rude, but that's okay. I'm going to volunteer to do more work and maybe I'll get a promotion myself. She's a black woman, she gets to be a bitch and gets a promotion before me. I'm going to work hard and follow her stuff and learn from her stuff. I'm a white man and I have the stuff to do that. I'm going to watch her and laugh at her and do what she does because she is better than me.
