The software giant — which has a market capitalization of over $2.5 trillion — said it received a second request for information from the US Federal Trade Commission. Such a request is “a normal” further step in the process, and the company is expected to comply with it. In its filing with the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Microsoft said the request expands the amount of information it already needs to supply to the FTC.
