App for people to anonymously make accusations

I was thinking of an app that is like Whisper, except people make accusations. Accusations of any type and severity, false accusations included. We can all agree that making a false accusation is not a good thing. But in this app, we don't have to worry about that. We don't have to worry about consequences of making a serious accusation and it ends up being wrong. <br><br>An example of this is in the show Arrested Development, the character Gob accuses people he doesn't like of petty crimes in a public setting. Or in the context of the show he is on the run from the law. He accuses people of being the one the cops are looking for. <br><br>So with this app, let's call it AccusationApp, people can do exactly that or simply make good accusations anonymously. The main idea of this is for people to have fun. So that's all.
