What are the chances that Google's Gemini will be capable of ASI?

I think it is higher than people think. With Google's resources and the promise to spend 300 billion dollars on Gemini, I think it has more than a 5% chance at becoming capable of ASI. Humans are not smart enough any more to understand what is happening at this level, it is completely on the engineers. What do you think the chances are?
