My store was robbed 2 weeks ago, 1 week ago I caught a shoplifter, yesterday I got robbed of $77,000 so here’s what I learned

We lost a ton of stuff to a robbery about a week ago and then another today. The guy that shoplifted from us got arrested but they’ll let him out and he’ll do it again. The guy that robbed us yesterday they’ll never catch and they certainly won’t give back the cash he robbed. <br><br>I get out of the store at 11 last night and drive home. When I’m a block away I see the place is on fire so I run back, call the fire department and when I get to the front door, it’s been kicked in and they’re taking out all of our cash, jewelry and product. The guy in the car that was watching out for the guy in the store had a ski mask on so I couldn’t see his face. I tried to take a picture of the car but they drove off before I got a chance to get any evidence. I think they used something to start the fire because it’s only on the outside of the building. Thankfully the sprinkler system didn’t turn on and the rest of the store is saved. The inside camera caught 1 of the thieves face but they’re from a different city so I have to file a police report here and they have to send it to the police department in the city where they’re from. <br><br>I don’t understand why we can’t have a national police database where they check anybody’s face and find their name and all that information. I get that there are tons of people in the world and it’s not that simple. But I’m sure they could afford to hire more employees if they didn’t send all of our tax money to other countries. <br><br>Anyway I’m just frustrated, lost a ton of money, I’m getting less sleep than usual and I could be back down to only having $5.
