I saw myself watching TV in a different house.

This happened just a few days ago. I was lying in bed watching some YouTube videos on my phone. Then I realized I was watching TV in a different house. But then I realized that I wasn't really watching a TV in a different house, I was actually still watching videos on my phone in my bed. I was watching some videos and the camera was on a house with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, but I was still lying in bed watching videos on YouTube on my phone. I don't exactly know how to explain this but to me, it felt like I was watching a TV in a different house. I don't really know what to make of this.
