Why can't I hate a woman's guts without you people telling me I hate all women?

Why do you people always say that anyone who dares to call a woman a bitch or some other name for women, hates ALL women? I can hate a woman's guts, despise her, and want nothing to do with her without hating ALL women. I despise Candice Owens, but that doesn't mean I hate ALL women. I hate my mom's guts, but that doesn't mean I hate ALL women.
