Hey booglims, I've got a story for ya.

So when I was 17, I worked at a grocery store when the stock boys have to put out stock in the middle of the night. I got really good at stealing, and was able to do it without getting caught for months. I would always bring a shopping cart with me and throw stuff in my pant legs. I even took an entire turkey for thanksgiving, and the owners son was amazed how a 17 year old could stock the entire produce section by myself. <br><br>Fast forward 8 months, I’m still a stock boy, and it’s after closing time. I’m in the front of the store sweeping and have a cart with my bag in the middle of the aisle. I’ve also got a small shopping cart in the produce department. I was a little more reckless when I got older, and I wanted to steal as much as I possibly could in one night. I would grab as many bottles of juice as I could and put them in the cart, and help myself to as many lollipops as I could fit in my pockets. By the end of the night, I had stolen hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. <br><br>One of the managers had stayed late to help with my department because we were short on people. She came over to the front of the store to see if I was done with the front. I saw her coming and recognized her from when I had seen her earlier in the night. She came over to the cart and started to look in it. I panicked, I was 17 and was going to get fired and charged with shoplifting. I looked at the cart, saw the broom next to it, and started to sweep the floor violently. When she came up to me, I yelled at her and told her to fuck off and that I couldn’t do my job if she was in my way. She was frightened and immediately went back to the produce department. From that day on, when she saw me, she would say hi and try to make friends with me. This was the only time I was ever caught, and I got away with it purely because I yelled at the manager and told her to fuck off. When you’re 17 and working at a grocery store sweeping the floor, you really don’t have anything to lose.
